The Nordictrack SpaceSaver Plus elliptical comes with 16 resistance settings and like the Nordictrack SpaceSaver Elliptical 3 stride length settings. This Nordictrack eliptical has 20 workout programs and an EKG heart rate monitor. This elliptical exercise machine also comes iPod and MP3 compatible and is also the SpaceSaver fold and roll away design.
